You can only imagine how cool it is to arrive to the Apple Store in Santa Monica and see a big sign with your face on it as you prepare to enter! Kermit, J.T. and now this, all in 2012!
And then it got even better when I did walk in. Another big image (one of my favorite photos, taken by Sam Graham) on the theater wall.
Thanks to everyone for coming, especially Tom, the Los Angeles teacher who saw the blurb on the Apple website, then trekked to the store to learn how to use his iPhone to make better-looking videos of the kids. Tom’s enthusiasm and questions were fantastic and helped keep the evening moving.
Thanks as well to Earwin, the outgoing event manager for the Apple Store Santa Monica who not only helped me prep and set up the IK Multimedia iKlip mount for the iPad–he also threw me some great questions during the event.
